Ed Cotter,

 

Is the owner of the  dealership,  Country Classic Motors both in Harrisburg and Eldorado, The Dealership in Eldorado was

started by His Father Harry Cotter Who came to Eldorado in 1938 and started a Service Station with Car Sales.

Ed started as a young man out of High School working with his father and sold his first car in 1968,

He went on and  bought into the Ford Dealership  Of Conniaway in McLeansboro,

Buying it out, it became Cotter, Stover Ford. Then selling it  and Opening Country Classic Motors in 1996. He has

been a strong presence in the Automobile  Dealerships in our area for a long time and his values and morals have never changed, His customers come first

Not only has Harry and Ed served our area but  Ed's uncle Luther Cotter  had a Service Station in McLeansboro called Murphy Station In 1937. And the man

who started it all Mr. Edmond Cotter, Ed's Grandfather  started in the Servicing and Transportation business in 1932 in Walpole Illinois.

This  Family has been

serving our area for 75 years and Ed has kept it going strong.

He has over 30 years experience in the automobile industry, including 18 years as a Ford dealer in nearby McLeansboro, and is known for taking good care of his friends, clients and local community.
